The extension captures the following data ONLY when an operator sends a message via WhatsApp Web:

• Recipient phone numbers.
• Message timestamps and status (Sent).
• Operator identification (via CRM API token).

3. Use of Data

The captured data is strictly used to synchronize communication logs with your Prospira CRM account for performance monitoring and record-keeping. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

4. Security

All data transmitted to our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. API tokens are stored locally within the extension's secure storage.
